After trying out the Free Trial version of this program I was hooked. It's unbelievable how many features this thing has. Not only does it backup your files so you don't have to, it also syncs to any devices you might have. In the long run it's surely a money saver too!

I'm a student so the value for money Zip Cloud offers is great. It was easy to install, full of features and gave me great peace of mind that all my files were safely stored online. Halls aren't the safest of places sometimes so using Zip Cloud makes me feel better in case my laptop was ever stolen.

I have a lot of pictures on my computer that are very important to me. I tried zipcloud as my second backup to my hard drive. It actaully uploaded my pics really quickly and is set to do so everyday. They also offered a great discount via email after my free trial ended, made it cheaper than $3.00 a month. Now i have pics backed up on my computer, external drive, and zip cloud. Feel safer already :)

I don’t need to be running around from pillar to post to be able to go on to save my data from hackers and virus attacks. The other day I got into an argument with my husband. You might think this is nothing unusual but this was about the company that we should select for cloud storage. The files and data were mine so I wanted to be the decision maker. But, husband of mine must poke his nose into everything and made me a list to use for comparisons. I downloaded this onto my and my partner's computer - it worked ok on mine but hasn't backed up most of the things on my partner's computer (despite paying for the additional license), most frustrating about this is the complete lack of support from the website on how to fix this, they send emails suggesting things which I have already tried several times before and every emaill reply is from a different person (no sense of customer support/service). In summary, zip cloud is fine if it works but if it doesn't you are on your own with no avenues to complain.

When looking for an online backup company one of the first things I look for is a decent money-back guarantee. Two weeks is usually the minimum I will use, and a full month is ideal. I am a true believer in using the newest technology as I think it will have the most to offer.
